*Week 2: Mindset & Belief Systems*

- *Activities:* Reframe negative beliefs, CBT techniques. 

- *Homework:* Challenge one limiting belief daily. 

 

*Week 3: Self-Awareness & Strengths*

- *Homework:* Practice self-compassion meditations.
